Finally Make Sense Of Your IBS

Structured 1:1 support to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

For women experiencing bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhoea, constipation, reflux, food sensitivities, and stress-responsive gut symptoms.

i.A Familiar Place

You're In The Right Place

If you're experiencing

  • Bloating
  • Abdominal pain
  • Diarrhoea or constipation
  • Reflux
  • Food sensitivities
  • Anxiety around food
  • Fatigue
  • Brain fog

You've become hypervigilant around symptoms, constantly scanning your body, analysing food, or anticipating flare-ups before they happen.

Your symptoms are affecting your confidence, routines, and sense of freedom.

There's so much information, you don't know what to trust or what your body actually needs. Yet despite all the effort, it still feels like something important is missing.

While many people share an IBS diagnosis, no two experiences are the same.

The key is not more information or a perfect protocol, but creating enough space to understand the person, their body, and the patterns shaping their symptoms.

ii.An Invitation

This Is For You If —

  1. 01

You've been dealing with gut symptoms for a while and still don't have clear answers.

  2. 02

You're tired of conflicting advice and unsure what to focus on first.

  3. 03

You've tried diets, supplements, or gut protocols without seeing lasting improvements.

  4. 04

You want to understand what your symptoms are telling you and what your gut actually needs.

  5. 05

You're looking for clear direction, personalised support, and an approach that understands you as a whole person, not just a diagnosis.

If it feels like something important is still missing, this is where things begin making sense.

iv.The Approach

How This Works

Amanda Callenberg, Founder of Mind Body Biome

Hi, I'm Amanda. I'm a Registered Nutritional Therapist (BANT, CNHC) and founder of Mind Body Biome. I specialise in IBS, chronic gut symptoms and stress-responsive digestion.

Over the years, I've worked with many women who feel confused by their symptoms, overwhelmed by conflicting advice, or unsure what their gut actually needs.

The IBS Pathway is a structured approach combining nutritional therapy and deeper personalised support to help women better understand their symptoms and what their body needs.

Rather than applying a generic protocol, we take the time to understand your history, your circumstances, and the patterns that make your experience unique. Combining clinical expertise with a whole-person approach to understand what's most relevant for you.

The goal is to create enough clarity, structure, and stability to ensure you receive what your body needs at each stage of the process.

Many women tell me the biggest relief is not just having expert guidance, but finally feeling seen as a whole person rather than a collection of symptoms.

vii.The IBS Pathway

The IBS Pathway

For women who want support that is genuinely personalised to them, their body, and their life.

3-Month Pathway

IBS Pathway — Foundations

£1,300

Structured, personalised support designed to help you make sense of your symptoms, improve your gut health, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Best for: IBS, bloating, abdominal pain, reflux, food reactions, or feeling increasingly restricted by your symptoms.

Over 7 Hours of Direct 1:1 Support

The pathway begins with weekly support from your dedicated Nutritional Therapist to help create early stability and momentum, before transitioning into fortnightly sessions for ongoing guidance, adjustments, accountability, and personalised nutrition support that evolves throughout the pathway.

It also includes a deeper integration session to explore the underlying patterns shaping symptoms, helping you develop a broader understanding of your health and your relationship with your body.

Designed to help reduce symptom overwhelm, improve consistency, and help you feel more connected, confident, and supported in your body.

Most people begin with the IBS Pathway.

For many, a focused 12-week pathway provides the clarity, structure and support they need to better understand their symptoms and begin making meaningful progress.

Others are living with more persistent digestive symptoms, deeper stress patterns, long-standing health concerns, or simply want more time and support to rebuild confidence in their health.

For those situations, a different type of support may be more appropriate.

Many women arrive here exhausted from trying to make sense of their symptoms alone. If you're unsure where to begin, we'll work that out together on a free clarity call.

viii.The Five Landscapes

The Five Landscapes

A gentle framework for understanding the process.

Every person arrives with a different story, different symptoms, and different priorities. While no two journeys are the same, I often think about support through five interconnected landscapes.

These landscapes are not a rigid step-by-step system or a path you must follow. Instead, they provide a way of understanding where you are right now, what may be contributing to your symptoms, and what your body may need most at this stage.

Their purpose is to create greater clarity, direction, and understanding throughout the process.

The Five Landscapes framework: Understanding, Stabilising, Exploring, Integrating, and Expanding

There is no single right way to approach health.

This Approach May Be Right For You If

  • You've tried simple solutions before, but still feel like something important is being missed.
  • You want to understand the patterns behind your symptoms, not just manage them.
  • You're open to exploring the wider factors that are contributing to your IBS, including food, stress, lifestyle, hormones, and your nervous system.
  • You value ongoing guidance and expert support rather than trying to piece everything together on your own.
  • You're looking for a personalised process that can adapt as your understanding of your body grows.
  • You're ready to prioritise your health and feel more confident in your body.

This Approach May Not Be The Right Fit If

  • You're looking for a one-off consultation or a simple plan with minimal ongoing input.
  • You want someone who can walk you through standard recommendations, symptom-focused interventions, or a protocol-led approach rather than an ongoing process of support and understanding.
  • Right now, you need something low-cost and lower-touch so you can focus your time, energy, and resources on other priorities in your life.
  • You enjoy researching, experimenting, and working things out for yourself, and would prefer to navigate the process independently.
  • You're not in a position to make your health a priority right now.
ix.Quick Q & A

Quick Q & A

That's completely understandable.

Many of the women I work with feel exhausted after trying different diets, supplements, practitioners, or approaches without lasting change.

This work focuses on understanding what may be contributing to your symptoms and creating a personalised plan based on your individual situation, rather than applying another generic solution.

As a registered Nutritional Therapist, I can also recommend advanced testing where appropriate to explore patterns that may not have been looked at in standard care.

Meaningful change often comes from having the right level of support, clarity, and consistency over time.

The clarity call is a relaxed conversation about what's been happening for you, your symptoms, challenges, and what you've already tried.

It's a space to begin understanding what may be contributing to your symptoms and what your body may need next.

If helpful, I'll share some initial thoughts, explain how the pathway works, and answer any questions you have.

There's no pressure, just a supportive conversation about what could help you move forward with more clarity.

Not always.

We begin by understanding your symptoms, health history, and overall picture before deciding whether testing would be useful.

Functional testing can provide deeper insight into areas such as digestion, the gut, and blood sugar balance when needed, but it's never used unnecessarily.

The focus is always on what will genuinely support your progress.

An IBS nutritionist supports women experiencing symptoms such as bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhoea, constipation, reflux, or food sensitivities.

Rather than looking at the gut in isolation, this work explores how areas like nutrition, blood sugar balance, digestion, and lifestyle factors may also be influencing symptoms.

Support is personalised and evolves over time, helping you understand what your symptoms are telling you and what your body actually needs.

Many women receive general advice, medication, or supplement recommendations, but still feel their symptoms are not fully resolving.

Working with a nutritionist allows for a more personalised and detailed approach.

Instead of focusing only on symptoms, we look at the wider picture and how different systems in the body may be interacting.

This creates greater clarity around what may be driving your symptoms and how to support your body more sustainably.

Some women do make progress on their own, particularly with supportive lifestyle changes.

But when symptoms are ongoing, inconsistent, or complex, it can become difficult to know what's actually helping.

Working with a practitioner provides structure, clarity, and ongoing support, so you're not relying purely on trial and error.

The process adapts as your body responds, helping changes feel more manageable and sustainable over time.

Your GP plays an important role in diagnosis, investigations, and medical care.

Nutritional therapy offers a different layer of support, with more space to explore nutrition, symptoms, digestion, lifestyle, and day-to-day factors that may be influencing your health.

The two approaches often work very well together.

Medical care provides oversight and safety, while nutritional therapy offers the personalised, ongoing support needed to understand your symptoms and make a clear plan.

Not at all.

Most clients work with me online and find it easier to stay consistent that way.

The process remains highly personalised, wherever you're based.

We explore your symptoms, health history, and patterns in detail, with ongoing support and adjustments provided throughout the process online.
